Kinda slow day today. The scenery doesn't change much across New Mexico! And it has been a stressful drive with the "service engine light" coming on. We stopped at Autozone in Gallup and scanned the engine. Mike wrote down the codes but we are continuing on hoping we will be ok. We have tools and he is awesome at taking care of EVERYTHING. I have a wonderful, handy husband!! I just want him to enjoy the trip so we are praying we don't have any problems.
The kids are enjoying traveling via motorhome. They have been playing games, watching movies, reading, playing the wii, and napping. And we have lots of breakfast choices, sandwiches for lunch, salads for dinner, and tons of snacks!
We are almost to Texas and will stop in Amarillo (maybe a little past if we can) for the night. We are going a little slower than we planned, but are just taking it easy. Maybe tomorrow will be more enjoyable, as it will be new territory for all of us!
